Javier
The mobile version of Shredder came out recently. You can purchase it for the Iphone, for other mobile phones and also for the pocket pc. I'd tell you a lot about it, but I'm going to keep it short because I've tested the program and it has been a really disappointing experience. Extremely so! : - No icons for navigation. Everything is done thru a text menu. Very "last millenium" like, if you're into that. - The playing strength is very low compared to other programs currently available: Around 1800-1900. - The price is rather high for what it has to offer. - It doesn't do anything that other programs do. In fact, it does a lot less! It's great that new companies compete in the mobile chess market, but mobile Shredder has a long way to go before it makes a competitive product. VERY LONG way to go. Jeremy
On iPhone it's pretty good. I can't speak to playing strength, because it kicks my butt soundly, but the interface is great.
