Women's Rapid Championship of Eastern Europe?

It's hard to keep track of so many titles nowadays. Apparently, Viktorija Cmilyte, Anna Muzychuk Sopio Gvetadze have just tied for first in the European Women's Rapid Chapmionship. However, there were only 9 countries represented, most of them from Eastern Europe.

One has to wonder whether events of this kind are worth organizing...
