Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.
The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.
Chesspupil is a CHESS forum. Our mission is to help people to learn chess and to promote chess and chessplayers. Chess is the main topic of this forum.
This site was created to promote chess and chess players, not to put them down. Keep that in mind.
You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this bulletin board.
Account Deletion
CHESS.CLINIC will not delete any member's account unless for a reason otherwise stated on this page. You may not request your account to be deleted, such requests will be ignored. You can however, ask for your account to be "disabled", meaning that you will not be able to use the personal messenger system, recieve EMails or use many other areas of this website.
If you request your account to be disabled, your EMail address will be held on file unless you specifically request it to be removed, in which case we will replace it with a dummy EMail address on one of our domains. We will only perform this on disabled accounts.
Post Deletion
You may not delete your posts because doing so would damage the logic linking other posts by other members. CHESS.CLINIC staff members may choose to delete any members posts where they see fit. If you would specifically like a post to be deleted, please use the report button. Deletion is at the staff's discretion.
If you edit out your message on multiple posts your permissions to edit your post will be removed.
Please make sure that all fields are filled in.
Thank you.
